GENERAL INFORMATION
There are four income-based one bedroom apartments, one long term market rate two bedroom apartment and one short term one bedroom furnished apartment. The apartments were newly renovated in 2016 to all new construction standards while retaining the building's historic elements.
Building access is limited and controlled by Electronic Pass Card with Main Entry Door Intercom allowing for keyless guest access. Each loft entry door access is by electronic keypad.
There is elevator access to the second level. Both front and back stairwells are always securely locked allowing for exit use only.
The "Lofts at 805 Place" is a pet and smoke free facility.
